It is official.  I had the best birthday of all time.  2006, welcome.  It doesn't get any better than this!

Back in London, by the way.  It's good to be home, if a bit lonely in the empty flat.  Back to work tomorrow- here's hoping I remember how to do my job, after a six week leave of absence.

Oh, and Adelaide is my girlfriend again finally! now.

We had a quiet but perfect Christmas, and our holiday in New York is almost over.  Though I've had a brilliant time here, in a way it will be nice to get back to the routine I'm used to in London.  I'll miss sharing a flat with Adelaide, though.  It's been... well, comfortable doesn't really sum it up properly.  Amazing, really, how easily we've fallen into patterns with one another.  I'll miss that, too.

And in other news, I'm going to be twenty-six in four days.  My first birthday not spent in London.  Strange.
